2. SSL Encryption

All pages on this website are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption, ensuring that information transmitted between you and our servers is fully secure.

3. Cardholder Data Protection

• TandoPay does not store or access your card details at any time.
• All card information is encrypted and transmitted directly to PayGate for processing.

4. Fraud Prevention

• 3D Secure authentication is enabled on all card transactions.
• Transactions are monitored for suspicious or high-risk activity.
• Disputes and chargebacks are handled in cooperation with PayGate and acquiring banks.

5. POPIA Compliance

We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa to ensure that your personal and financial information remains confidential and used only for its intended purpose.
